How many teacher evalutations do "newer" (3 years or less) teachers get in your school?

At least, once a quarter, which I agree with, particularly for first-year teachers.

Zero, zilch, nada!

We used to get evaluated by the former principal on a regular basis (and I looked forward to it). Now, you don't ask...you don't get.

That goes for all teachers.

Lots of informal evaluations and at least one formal evaluation. If there are problems you get evaluated more often.
